You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the departure time of the booked tour.
All bookings canceled less than 24 hours before the departure time are non-refundable, but you may choose a new date if it is available.
In case of cancellation by Binn Tour due to bad weather, you can choose a new date or receive a full refund.
